This is a one-year graduate trainee programme.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general management support to the CEO;
• Research on commercial related materials for business development;
• Coordinate and plan client/ marketing events;
• Assist in executing new company strategies;
• Prepare legal and financial reporting;
• Manage in full spectrum for handling and monitoring of the company documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master degree holder in any disciplines with strong academic background, internship experience in financial institutions preferred, fresh graduates will be considered;
• PC literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office;
• Fluent written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).  Fluent in French, Japanese, Korean and/or other Asian/European languages would be an advantage;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patient, self motivated, willing to learn and able to work in multicultural working environment;
• Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently and professionally with minimal supervision and under pressure;
• Team spirit combined with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively.
