Job Responsibilities:

• Providing legal support to the team;
• Drafting and reviewing agreements and providing support in transactions;
• Conducting legal research;
• Preparing and reviewing legal memoranda;
• Liaising with internal or external parties on legal matters;
• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents, policies and procedures;
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative duties;
• Assisting in ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years working experience in similar or related roles;
  
• Bachelor Degree holder of Law or equivalent; Candidates who have attended legal courses will be considered as well;
  
• Good time management skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team;
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people from different departments at all levels of seniority;
  
• Detail oriented, organized, very proactive and responsible, team player; Able to work in a pressurized environment with tight timelines required. Good presentation skills;
  
• Proficient in Chinese and English.
