Our Client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for candidates to fit its post of Relationship Manager Assistant, Private Banking

Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Managers in offering administrative,marketing and operational service to private banking clients
• Ensure a professional and high-quality service is provided and in compliance with the Bank internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Handle clients' enquiries on account information and financial markets in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate or above, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in banking (preferably private banking) and customer service
• Passed the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer is preferred
• Good knowledge of banking procedures
• Proven exposure in credit and investment products
• A team player with strong presentation and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a must
