Responsibilities

• Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and other capital raising activities;
• Assist in conducting due diligence and preparing listing documents, announcements and circulars;
• Liaise with professional parties and regulators including Hong Kong Stock Exchange;
• Assist in preparing pitching materials; and
• Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• University Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Law, Economics or related disciplines is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Able to read and understand financial statements
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility, self-initiative and hardworking
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Analyst. Fresh graduate will also be considered
