Responsibilities:

• To coach and recommend lifestyle plan by assessing customer's nutritional needs
• To provide professional nutritional, dietary and health recommendations on achieving clients’ health & wellness goals and closely monitor clients’ progress
• To handle nutrition-related enquiries
• To recommend customers with Company’s comprehensive range of health products, food supplements and other health services
• To provide excellent customer service
• To assist in the planning and implementing of health promotion activities, seminars, presentations and marketing strategies
• To contribute in the revision and production of nutrition-related reference materials such as pamphlets and fact sheets
• To write and edit nutrition-related articles
• Responsible for daily sales activities
• Provide retail sales support, including in-store sales, handling enquiries
• Provide on-floor services support
• Provide customer support and nutrition/wellness advisory support to clients
• Proactively listen to customers' needs and suggest relevant products and services 
• Arrange client appointments with Nutritionist / Specialists/ Doctors and handle pre-and post-consultation processes and screening
• Handle follow up on prospects and clients and ensure service quality is maintained
• Assist with product presentations & events
• To assist in other ad hoc matters

Requirement:

• Degree holders or above in Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, Naturopathic medicine or related disciplines is preferred.
• At least 1-year related experience
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese).  Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office is a must & Chinese Word Processing. 
• Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
• Possess a calm, patient and mature personality
• Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining the set priorities. 
• Positive mindset and result-oriented
• Aggressive, customer oriented, highly self-motivated with positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, courteous manner and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as team with initiatives & under pressure
• Be ready to work on irregular shifts including weekends and evenings occasionally
• Be ready to work at our different centres.
