Job duties:

-          Handle incoming enquiries from clients and follow-up

-          Assist marketing team with promotional material, organize events and seminars etc

-          Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

-          Assist in shipping and logistic issues

-          Liaise closely with shipping forwarder and transportation company

-          Monitor the printing matters & stock inventory

Requirements:

-          Degree holder / Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines

-          1 to 3 years of I/E and shipping experience

-          Good communication skills and willing to learn at a quick pace

-          Independents, well organized, attention to details

-          Min. 5 years working experience

-          Fluent in spoken and written English

-          Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese Word processing

-          Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Sales Coordinator
