Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a representative of our project team to supervise the A&A works on our retail property up to completion and handover stages
• Supervise the quality of the A&A works on site
• Monitor the site progress
• Ensure site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience
• A&A experience on shopping malls is highly preferable
• Strong in interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (incl. Cantonese and Mandarin)

The tentative employment period for the above position will be 24 months with gratuity payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.
