• Carrying out and commenting on basic temporary work design, e.g. formwork, falsework, tower cranes, material hoists, passenger hoists, hoarding, fence wall, ELS works
• Correlate construction works and drawings with current Code of Practices, Practice Notes, etc.
• Issue RFI for any discrepancies, missing details and dimensions identified on architects', engineers' and building services construction drawings
• Carrying out site inspection for all temporary works, e.g. formwork and falsework, etc., permanent works, e.g. rebars fixing, cast-in items, etc. and ensuring they are constructed in accordance with the construction drawings
• Prepare cantilever reports
• Handling and keep up-to-date all mill certificates and concrete cube test reports submission
• Liasing with subcontractors to resolve site engineering matters and report to superior should any cost and structural  implication arises
• Prepare site daily progress reports
• Take records from site monitoring points, e.g. ground and utilities settlement, ground water level, vibration, etc and prepare reports for submission to client's representatives
• Record any defects and coordinate with workers, foremans and subcontractors to rectify the defects for occupation permit (OP) inspection
