The incumbent will supervise a team of maintenance staff to execute the daily maintenance works of a newly developed Grade A office building located in Kowloon East, which is owned by a well-known mainland enterprise.  Duties will include takeover and handover of the new development; attending emergency calls after normal working hours and coordinate/conduct all repairing, maintenance and upgrading works/projects, etc., as well as monitor and update maintenance programme implementation.

Requirements:  

• Holder of Higher Diploma/Certificate in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M) or related discipline
• Holder of registered electrical worker license with class B0 or above and should have minimum 5 years' relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory capacity
• Experience in the field of property management will be a definite advantage
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
