Responsibilities: 

• Assist QCM in inspecting and checking of the works, respond to queries and endorsing on all relevant documents as assigned
• Take up the role of temporary works coordinator

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma or above in Civil or Structural Engineering;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in local building construction in Hong Kong;
• Relevant experience of housing projects is an advantage;
• Chartered Engineer with Corporate membership of HKIE / MCIBSE
• Registered Professional Engineer (Building / Civil / Structural)
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good communication skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
