Job Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent preferred;
• A member of HKIS or equivalent is a must;
• At least 8 years work experience in construction field;
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills;
• Self-motivated, mature and hardworking;
• Able to work independently.

Job Duties:

• In-charge of a building renovation project of existing residential buildings;
• Overall management and supervision of project progress and quality;
• To monitor project procurement, planning and management;
• To manage and co-ordinate contract reviews;
• To certify payments to sub-contractors and suppliers;
• To attend internal and external progress meeting;
• To prepare project work program and planning.
