Job Requirements

  • Work at Jockey Club Tuen Mun Home for the Aged Blind
  • Degree or Diploma Holder in Facility Management or related disciplines;
  • Relevant working experience in handling repair/maintenance, reprovisioning and renovation projects of building services facilities; and experience in serving NGO will be an added advantage

 Job Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the general cleanliness, facilities, security, repair and maintenance of the Home:
  • To be responsible for transportation and vehicle maintenance for the Home;
  • To render close staff supervision to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery;
  • Detail-minded with good project management and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Required to perform shift duties including working on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays when necessary
