Responsibilities

• Site monitoring, quality control and project planning of all building services related trades
• Responsible for A&A and fit-out projects including planning, execution, supervision, review and T&C
• Experience with liaising, coordinating and submission of all statutory / government departments advantageous
• High standards of safety compliance
• Must be able to work as part of a team or independently if required
• Stable working record

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree holder in Building Services or equivalent
• 3-6 years practical experience in site coordination work of Building Services and Builder's works
• Good leadership and communication skills, able to work with people at all levels
• Ability to coordinate CSD, schematic MEP drawings in CAD format
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
