Responsibilities:

• To design new systems or find solutions for existing system problems, and prepare estimates.
• To assist Installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• To monitor and coordinate all works between suppliers, sub-contractors and Builders
• To maintain regularly report on HVAC programme progress
• To implement  safety procedures
• To implement site administrative systems and maintenance of all site records
• To resolve HVAC issues independently;

Requirements:

• Degree holder of M&E Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Min. 5 years or above solid experience in HVAC field
• Good knowledge in MS Office and AutoCad
• Green Card holder
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A), or (Grade B) will be an advantage
