Job Scope:

• Lead the Creative Team to deliver multiple creative projects, including online promotions
• Translate marketing objectives and clients’ needs into practical creative strategies across various digital platforms, such as social media (Facebook, Instagram, Wechat etc.), website, mobile apps and advertisement
• Manage the Team’s progress and output quality
• Supervise, motivate and provide guidance and training to the Team
• Lead and collaborate with Marketing Team to generate overall solution and fulfill clients’ requirements
• Produce well-crafted copy/ eye-catching visuals
• Evaluate results and develop innovative ideas for improvement
• Provide assistance in any ad-hoc creative projects assigned

Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above with major in Advertising, Multimedia, Visual Art or relevant fields
• 5+ years of relevant experience of creative process, marketing, graphic design, video post-production and brand message development in digital agency is a must
• 2+ years of experiences in supervision and leading creative role
• Passion for social media, new technologies and design trends
• Knowledge in graphic and video editing software such as AI, PS, Premiere and Final Cut
• Strong in leadership, organisation, delegation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultured environment
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Digital Creative Director
