Responsibilities:

• Localise IRVINS Brand and style to fit in with (HK)Hong Kong’s customer preference, while maintaining consistency and our premium brand look and feel.
• Design responsibilities include but not limited to: product packaging, merchandise design, visual merchandising, wall murals, event booth design, cartel design, websites, social media, EDMs, web banners, online & print ads and leaflets, etc.
• Collaborate with team members in HK marketing, customer management and Design HQ, to brainstorm concepts and generate design solutions that captivates and engages both new and existing customers, across various mediums.
• Provide creative design concepts, art direction and interactive Graphic, Animation, Web Page design solutions for projects
• Prepares for and attends photo-shoots when required.
• Assist with various ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design or relevant discipline and 1 - 2 years of working experiences
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage projects with minimal Supervision. 
• Quick to respond to industry trends, techniques and materials. Applies this research to design solutions (mainly social media)
• Ability to receive direction and learn from team-mates but also takes initiatives and meet various design challenges
• Proficient with Adobe softwares (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
• Well versed with photography and photo editing (videography and video editing is a bonus)
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal (English & Putonghua)
• Good-to-have: Experience in FMCG industry
