Job Description

The Fashion and Industrial Design candidate will be responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance of products to support marketing and Project Engineers.

• Provide design support to Marketing, Engineering and Maintenance Departments.
• Preparation and presentation of 3D CAD renderings for marketing and sales.
• Design documentation and relative maintenance.
• Ability to meet deadlines on time.
• Ability to effectively communicate design between Hongkong and China office.
• Ability to create new innovative product designs and development from concept realization to final prototype construction.

Job Requirements:

• Computer skills and ability to use design software
• Ability to make quick freehand sketches
• Basic knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
• Familiar with electronic products, such video and electronic accessory
• Marketing and management skill is all required
• Flexible schedule and work hours
• Willing to travel PRC factories when required
• Overseas Travel when required

Qualifications:

• Degree in design or equivalent
• Effectively read, write, and verbally communicate in mandarin is a must as well as English.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a product design related field working in Household & Electrical Appliance design.
• Able to follow up design projects from idea to production independently.
• Experience in working with Engineering & Marketing teams
• Be exceptionally creative.
• Have the ability to work independently and well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrives in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
