This is a key role with participation into the integrated marketing and communications strategy and its implementation for the shopping malls of the group;

Responsibilities:

• The role will be involved in branding, event management, communications, marketing, public relations, digital, social media or loyalty marketing
• Drive and execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Coordinate and handle the design & production of installations and communications items
• Manage and create content of the social media platforms
• Update marketing budget, prepare appropriate reports and manage expenditure payments
• Work closely with tenants, agencies and partners in organizing marketing events, partnership programs

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experiences with proven track records, whilst exposures in real estate and property development, retail sector and/or luxury a definite advantage. 

Other requirements include,

• Dynamic personality, embrace innovation and creativity
• Passion in creating marketing and communications excellence
• Have a good sense in local and world trends and lifestyles in the region and globally; at the same time highly organized and structured with strong attention to details
• Outspoken with professional presentation skills in conversational and written English and Chinese
• Good connections with agencies, including marketing, PR and social media
• A great team-player, open-minded, passionate and enjoy challenges and explore opportunities with the team
