Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact to coordinate, plan and facilitate all e-Commerce related matters
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on e-Commerce platform operations and executions to ensure smooth execution and effectiveness in driving channel strategy.
• Support daily operations related to pre-selling including trunk shows and JOYCE App.
• Work closely with Marketplace channel to gather performance insights to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experiences in e-Commerce, Retail or related discipline
• Self-motivated, good team player and willing to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and detail oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
