Job Description:

• Consolidate the milestones update and distribute weekly
• Assist the project teams to input data into the system
• Assist product development teams to consolidate and centralize the project file and project record
• Assist product development teams to create and update monitoring reports
• Assist the administration work for product development teams
• Coordinate the product development samples go in and out from the department

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, graduate in Engineering preferably or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
