A Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from project ideation to completion. This is a senior role at IT team and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.  

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the project management workflow based on sound project management methodology such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum/DevOp
• Continuously review and fine tune the process base on the organization needs and changes
• Drive the project management process enforcement under every stakeholder to ensure efficient project processes can be achieved
• Leading project planning sessions, assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and securing growth opportunities and ROI during the project initiation stage
• Negotiating with IT team managers on the different technical alternatives to delivering the desired project outcome in order to ensure the effective use of IT resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or certification in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Certification or proven working experience with the standard project management methodologies such as Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2
• Sound technical background or experiences 
• Good negotiation, motivation, strategic and leadership skills to drive success and create win-win solutions
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Certification or experience with project management methodologies Agile/Scrum/DevOp will be an advantage
• Knowledge in JAVA and web development
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
