Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in system installation, setting to work and acceptance testing in new systems
- Conduct maintenance activities of existing systems, which involve both hardware and software.
- Responsible for first-line troubleshooting and problem solving onsite.
- Report any unresolved technical problems to supervisor for further investigation.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Computer / Electronic engineering, or equivalent.
- One or two year relevant working experience preferable.Fresh graduates also welcome.
- Knowledge of computer network such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Linux, UNIX, Windows.
- Knowledge of electronic circuits.
- Able to work independently and also in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent oral and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Willing to travel for work outside Hong Kong.There are also opportunities for longer assignments.
