Responsibilities

• Report to Senior Vice President, People Development, you would be leading a sizeable team with 30 subordinates.
• Identify the future training and development needs, assist with program design.
• Executive coaching, drive company culture, work with business unit heads in develop and implement training programs.
• Conduct training analysis to ensure the learning needs in line with the organizational culture.
• Drive corporate cultural initiatives, values.
• Mentoring, lead the focus group to build the succession pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in relevant discipline
• Minimum 15 years working experience include at least 5 years in similar capacity with sizeable organization.
• Previous working experience with Hotels, Airlines, Luxury Retail, Training Consultancy or Insurance sector would be a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
