Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall Front Desk and Guest Services duties
  
• Handles guests' check-in & check-out procedures, booking and enquiries
  
• Maintain good relationship with all guests
  
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain high service standard
  
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Willing to work shift duties
