• Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year working experience in hotel preferable
• Excellent telephone manner and administrative skills
• Computer literate, well-versed in MS Word, Chinese word and PowerPoint processing
• Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
