• Higher Diploma or above
• 1 year working experience preferably in customer service field
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Responsible for ticketing, reception of Water tour/Harbour tour’s service and handle general enquiry from customers at ticketing counter/onboard
• 9 hours shift duty
