Being one of the leading private member's club located in Central, we are seeking an experienced Banquet Sales Executive to support the operation of our Banquet Department.

Key Accountabilities:

• Establish and improve the reputation of the club by offering a very personalised style of service as per the club standard operating procedures.
• Assist with typing of the Banquet and Sales correspondence, i.e. answering mail, confirming banquet arrangements, menus, BEO, Floor Plan, etc.
• Act as a liaison between all related club departments and host of the function.
• Responsible to attend periodic sales meetings and circulate minutes of the meetings and regular follow up's.
• Maintaining the entire sales correspondence data base.
• Coordinate with Banquet operations on a timely basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience
• Strong exposure in customer service and/or sales and marketing
• Degree holder in hotel or catering studies preferred
• Good knowledge of catering trend research and market intelligence
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
