Due to the continued growth, we are looking to hire an Events Manager to join our Guest Relations team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all our guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Responsible for building strong guest relationships, with a focus on guest experience.
• Planning events across our venues from enquiry through to completion according to requirements and objectives.
• Managing operations for all events, preparing budgets and tracking revenues
• Proactive business development for Events across our venues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas, a passion for F&B and the ability to provide our guests with legendary service to create long lasting memorable experiences
• Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience managing events across multiple sites
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• A team player with leadership skills
• A Degree holder in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
