Responsibilities:

• Oversee for all aspects of daily operation
• Lead and manage the dining team to maximize the sales and exposure of the brand
• Work closed with Head Chef to ensure the top quality of food
• Provide and maintain excellent customer service and dining experience consistent with brand image
• Coach and monitor the dining team to ensure compliance with company’s service standard
• Hygiene Management as required by company standard and government legalization
• Ad hoc project as required by the management

 
Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in restaurant managing role
• Working experience in high-end dining is an advantage
• Strong understanding of high-end dining service and food quality standard
• Excellent team management, coaching and communication skill
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
