Responsibilities 主要職責:

• Assist in managing the pastry kitchen team for both Central Kitchen and Restaurant.
• 協助中央工房及餐廳管理工作
• Train and develop the pastry team on all new recipes and standards.
• 新菜單及產品製作培訓工作
• Responsible for daily production of A la carte pastry / afternoon tea set / Canapes menu.
• 日常餐廳甜品及菜單製作
• Coordinate with Head Pastry Chef in new product launches and production schedules.
• 新產品推廣及製作上提供協助
• Communicate with suppliers, ensure compliance with the best quality of food.
• 與供應商交流以確保原材料品質
• Train the team to upgrade the skills in order to reach the principal brand standard
• 協助培訓工作以符合品牌標準

 Requirements 職位要求:

• 5 years’ experience in pastry production, luxury hotel / restaurant exposure is an advantage
• 5年或以上酒店或餐廳甜品製作工作經驗優先
• Experience in assisting pastry menu design.
• 具新菜單創作經驗
• Familiar and have a good sense of pastry trend.
• 具甜品發展及市場觸覺
• Experience in a new opening is a plus.
• 新店預備工作經驗優先
• Detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated and demonstrate great passion in pastry and constantly drive for perfection
• 注重細節, 力求完美, 熱衷於甜品製作及發展
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
• 良好英語及粤語表達能力
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry
• 較少經驗者亦可申請Demi – Chef de Partie職位

Working Location: Central Kitchen (Chai Wan) / Restaurant (Tsim Sha Tusi)
