Job Duties:

• To represent management and take charge of situations and make necessary; decisions in the absence of the senior management;
• To provide and ensure efficient and quality frontline guest services at all times;
• Handle guest complaints relating to service standards and evaluate proactive action for service improvement;
• To maintain smooth relationships between management and guests.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years hotel operations experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level in Front Desk or Guest Services areas
• Good Command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to adapt to different situations with strong analytical skill;
• Able to work overnight shifts.
