We are seeking an excellent and outgoing individual/personaility to join our young exciting team. The ideal person will be creative bringing a fresh presective to the team, brand and concept, they will also have a lot of freedom to create there own drinks. 

What we look for…

• Must have previous relevant working experience in busy and high volume restaurants and bars
• Possess good cocktail knowledge and excellent customer service skills
• Have the skills in monitoring and maintaining an inventory of supplies
• Have a knack for memorizing and mixing ingredients according to drink recipes
• Love to have fun at work and enjoy working with an energetic team
• Can multitask and enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Passionate about food and beverage and keen to learn while working
• Knowledge about wine would be an advantage 
• Speak fluent English, cantonese is a plus

• 5 day working weeks
