Responsibilities

• Response end-users enquiries & fault handling, report update and daily routine checking on voice infra
• Service request coordination between end-users, internal departments and vendors
• Basic troubleshooting and monitoring voice related issues
• Manage incident of voice issues and prepare incident reports
• Provide technical support to internal users
• Inventory record update, validation for voice assets
• Provide escalation to management in case there are any unexpected issues
• Handle ad-hoc projects request if required

Requirements

• Degree Holder with at least 1-2 relevant experience in technical voice support
• Experience in banking industry would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, open-minded and innovative 
• A good team player with strong IT knowledge and desire to succeed 
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills 
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
