Responsibilities:

• Analyses, defines and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interface design, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, controls and outputs, following the pre-determined patterns which are aligned with the direction.
• Contributes to and verifies the defining timetables and project plans; analyses and estimates feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs.  Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved.
• Deliver high level and detailed designed, create design documents, testing plans transition and implementation documents as well as provide technical support within projects.
• Provide post-implementation and production support for systems including analysis of production problems.
• Analyse user problems and ad-hoc inquires, provide business / technical solutions and maintain system availability, stability and efficiency.
• Understand and assess the impact of infrastructure and technical changes within the environment
• To provide user training and support to enable users to operate the system effectively.

Requirements:

• Able to apply advanced system analysis & design skills
• Familiar with the application development tools such as C#, Visual Basic, ASP, ASP.NET, MS SQL, Crystal Report and Java
• Knowledge on Delphi/AS400 will be an advantage
• Good understanding of various IT platform, such as multi-tiers system architecture, Web Service and IT System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Degree holder in Information Technology or other related discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in system design and development
• Sound experience in database design and administration
• Immediately available would be an advantage
