  • Participate in user research and business requirements gathering processes utilising UX and Design Thinking methods
  • Assist with and learn qualitative research and interpretation methods

  • Present and effectively communicate designs and specifications for projects to all stakeholders for feedback and input prior to development
  • Collaborate with developers on technical and usability requirements and work with them to ensure accurate implementation

Prototype Interface Development and Design Validation (20%)

  • Produce proof-of-concept responsive prototypes, to varying degrees of fidelity, as may be required for a project, either for user testing or to improve communication between the strategy team and either the business stakeholders or the end developers
  • Conduct end-user testing activities to validate interface solutions and inform iterations of the design

Quality Assurance (20%)

  • Review internal and external development implementations, to ensure adherence to defined approach
  • Help coordinate and run both internal and external usability testing
