Roles and responsibilities
the principal responsibilities and routine tasks of a Network Solution Architect are as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
• Understand customer requirements and provide designs for solutions including: managed networks, wireless, security solutions
• Assist sales team in professionally and effectively presenting proposed solutions and designs to customers and prospects in a varied business settings
• Lead discussions, consulting with company practice directors in validating proposed solutions
• Design customized solutions for specific customers and industries within specialty
• Responsible for Project Implementation, Demo& POC ,Configuration and installation
• Provide efficient and effective IT support to end-users
• Daily operation maintenance, emergency support, follow-up support issues

Technical knowledge

• CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIP or other certifications will be advantages
• Knowledge with QoS, routing – EIGRP, BGP or OSPF, WAN IPSec encryption
• Knowledge of Public Cloud, ExpressRoute & DirectConnect services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience in Router / Switches / Firewall / AP configuration: e.g, Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate, Sophos, etc.
• General knowledge of Linux

Abilities

• Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Good understanding of English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to develop techniques and methods to solve new problems or situations;
• Honesty, integrity and confidentiality must be maintained at all times;
• Demonstrates team spirit, positivity and leadership;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work efficiently in a rapidly evolving environment;
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
