To meet the needs of continuous development, W F Joseph Lee Primary School is in search of a dedicated professional to provide timely, professional and comprehensive support to school.

Responsibilities:

• Develop school IT infrastructure, systems and support educational technologies development
• Manage, coach and lead a small team to monitor day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, including technical support, trouble-shooting and administration of intranet – myIT-School, software system, system integration and monitor the progress of upgrade projects
• Identify and analysis users requirement and provide solutions, participate in IT procurement and tendering process and prepare related document
• Co-ordinate with users and IT service vendors on project scopes, feasibility analysis, business analysis studies throughout the whole SDLC, and work closely with key users for system implementation and sustainable customization works
• Manage maintenance report and hardware inventory report
• Perform data analyses and extraction, and generate ad-hoc reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 4-6 years of experience at supervisor level in leading and managing IT team in supporting Windows Server, VMWare, Cisco and android products preferably with solid experience in education sectors
• Experience in vendor management, capacity planning and budget planning
• Good knowledge of SDLC process, application programming, database and system design, IT security, document and workflow management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking ability, independent and a team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Hands on experience in complex infrastructure system will be an advantage
• ITIL holders preferred
