Responsibilities:

• Manage daily SAP support services to end-users for the entire group, ensure the systems are running smoothly on day-to-day operation;

• Identify and initiate Request-For-Change (RFC) projects, include defining project scope, goals, gather detail business requirements, deliverables and resources needed;

• Perform SAP configuration settings, ABAP programming, testing and implement over “3-tier system landscape”;

• Involve in EDI integration between applications and external EDI portal;

• Prepare all related documentation, e.g. RFC scope and estimation, design specification, configuration settings, user guide;

• Adhere to the support policy and procedures;

• Perform any tasks assigned by the Management from time to time, and must be accountability for their assigned tasks;

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ECC or S4 HANA in either module (FI, SD, MM, EWM, BW), familiar with project management, ERP implementation and support;

• Knowledge in ABAP programming will be an added advantage;

• Knowledge in ALV, Smartforms, SAPScripts, Adobe Interactive, iDocs, BAPIs, Java, .NET will be an added advantage;

• Knowledge in MS SQL & excel VBA will be an added advantage

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese both verbal and written levels, and good interpersonal and communication skills;
