Description:

We are searching for a Project Manager to manage multiple architectural and engineering infrastructure type of projects with budget of HKD 500K-2M in scale. Experience is required in leading and managing projects through all phases and have experience managing stakehoders' expectations and deliverables. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in budget planning for architectural and engineering infrastructure-type projects
• Proficient at manage infrastructure projects with large scale for a large corporate at multiple sites. 
• Develop and manage project schedules through all phases 
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets including soft and hard costs 
• Ability to independently manage, lead and evaluate teams of consultants and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget 
• Provide appropriate level of on-site inspections and supervision to ensure project performance and criterial are being met 
• Contribute to process improvements to benefit the delivery and quality or work 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years expereinece managing infra projects in large orgnizations 
• Ability to understand and foresee how each project may impact the operation of the facilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks to safety and company business operations 
• A technical understanding of infrastructure projects 
• Can work independently to drive projects from inception through closeout
• Ability to resolve project issues independently and escalate to management  
• Flexibility to learn and adhere to governing policies and procedures 
• Engineering degree preferred
