Major Responsibilities

• Provide the implementation services for the government projects;
• Collect, analyse & define user requirements;
• Conduct impact analysis;
• Participate in application design;
• Conduct program coding/debugging/testing, and documentation

Requirements:

• For Senior System Analyst positions, at least 6 years of work experience in the capability of requirement collection, system analysis and design;
• For Senior Analyst Programmer/Systems Analyst positions, at least 4-5 years of work experience in the capability of requirement collection, system analysis and design;
• For Analyst Programmer positions, at least 3 years of work experience in the capability of application development and testing;
• For Programmer positions, 0-2 years of work experience in the capability of application development and testing;
• Development experience in the following areas are preferable:

• Java, J2EE
• .NET
• IBM DB2 / Oracle
• Web-based programming (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Spring framework, Struts, MyBatis, Hibernat)
• Also particularly in EJB, XML, XSL, Servlets, JMS, HTML, JQuery, JavaScript and SQL will be a definite advantage

• Strong analytical skill with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
