Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for office and counters, undertake IT system development
• Provide technical support, hardware and software systems setup, server and networking administration

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 2 years system support experience, POS experience is preferred
• Experience in retail industry will be an advantage
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Proactively collaborate with team members to meet the project goal
• Good knowledge in SQL and scripting is a plus
• Self- motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
