Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and resolve technical issues for both proprietary systems and other common applications
- Install, monitor and maintain hardware, network infrastructure and software applications
- Assist in project implementation, establishing guidelines and conducting user training
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Information Technology / Computer Science or IT related training
- 3 years or above experience in frontline help desk support is an advantage
- Knowledge of IT Applications such as MS Windows, MS Office, antivirus products and networks infrastructure are preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills, Chinese report writing and typing skill are preferred
- A good team player, flexible, able to analyze requirements and meet deadlines
