Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for various scales of system enhancement projects in Life Insurance Operations;
• Prepare user requirements, review functional specifications, plan & perform user acceptance test;
• Lead Senior Officer / Officer to ensure project timelines to be met;
• Conduct user training, support MIS reporting;
• Provide supports to daily operations whenever necessary;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Information Systems or related disciplines;
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience in managing life insurance operations, with at least 1 year supervisory experience;
• Holder of FLMI is preferable, knowledge of business processes in Life Insurance industry;
• Positive and proactive working attitude, good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good in people management, presentation & leadership skills;
• Customer focused and service-oriented, capable of handling multi-tasks & working under pressure & independently;
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese.
