Assistant Claims Manager/ Claims Manager

Our client is a leading insurance company.

To support their continuous growth of the team, they are urgently looking for high calibre to join their claims team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the team; handling complaint and resolving disputes.

• Provide improvement to processes to increase the efficiency by using service benchmarks and analytical data;
• Review and approve Claims within own claims authority and make prudent recommendation to senior management for those claims exceeding own authority limit
• Ensure smooth operations and claims administration by working closely with admin team
• Formulate and implement Employee Benefits claims strategy and development plan to achieve the company objectives for profitability and growth.
• Assist in ad hoc project assigned by superior

Requirement:

• Degree holder and preferably with insurance-related qualifications, e.g. FLMI, ICA, ACII/ANZIIF;
• 9 years experience in life or medical claims procession
• Strong analytical and problem solving, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• PC proficiency in MS Office
• Good language skills (English & Chinese)
