Job Description

• Participate in business and systems projects and ensure quality delivery of the systems
• Gather user requirement and prepare user requirement specifications in accordance with business needs
• Prepare test plan and participate in quality assurance testing cycles
• Conduct SIT to ensure the enhanced systems meet the requirement specifications
• Support UAT, prepare user manual and conduct training
• Assist project team members with the development of project documentation
• Co-ordinate with users of different areas , investigate & resolve issues and concerns raised by users

Requirements:

• c
• 1 years' practical work experience in a related role or demonstrated experience in Life Insurance and IT is a definite asset
• Excellent analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
• FLMI qualification is an advantage

Fringe benefits: double pay, medical benefits, annual leave, and mandatory provident fund.
