Responsibilities

- Opening and maintain claims records for retail and reinsurance clients

- Dispatching claims notifications and communicating with insurers to ensure timely payment

- Supporting the Claims Director and internal departments with claims statistics

Profile

- 5 years' experience in marine claims

- Proficient command of written and verbal Cantonese, English and Mandarin

- Organised, proactive, detail-focused and a team player

- Computer literate, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
