Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual sales target;
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with intermediaries via member briefing and regular broker and agent visit to introduce our products & services;
- Enquiries and complaints handling from all channels including brokers, agents, direct clients;
- Responsible for projects including promotion, product development, IM re-pricing, etc.;
- Monitor renewal portfolio and secure major renewal cases;
- Develop new distribution channels.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in business-related disciplines or diploma holder in insurance or related disciplines;
- Holder of IIQAS, LOMA, ANZIIF(Sr. Asso.) qualifications or other related professional/insurance status is an advantage;
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in insurance industry;
- Team player with initiative, positive attitude and good interpersonal skill;
- Sales oriented, self-motivated, proactive service attitude and can work under pressure;
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
