Job functions:

• Lead Administration Team in plant site to provide daily administrative services and continuously improve and optimize administrative effectiveness and efficiency;
• Key responsibility includes the management of security, industrial safety, health, catering and administration of the plant site;
• Develop and review the policy and procedure of property, facility and office administrative management;
• Lead and conduct corporate functions and recreational activities;
• Prepare, review and manage budget, and analyse operating expenses, and identify areas for cost savings;
• Conduct assessments on the performance of appointed contractors and vendors;
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in administrative management or related disciplines;
• 8 Years solid experience in administrative services, facility and property management, canteen management, commercial lease in PRC manufacturing environment, with minimum 3 years in a managerial position;
• Experience in managing governmental relationship is preferred;
• Basic knowledge in China Labor Law and ISO 9000 system is an advantage;
• Formal training in property management, fire and safety will be an asset;
• Basic command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Can communicate in Mandarin;
• Self motivated with good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Station in Dongguan plant.

 Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Admin. Manager
