Our client is a Hong Kong listed group with business in manufacturing. They are now seeking an executive secretary to CEO.

Responsibilities

• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Chairman Office
• Performs a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive
• Manage busy travel itineraries and meeting
• Communicating with associated partners and counterparties
• Handles private & confidential documents and correspondences
• To assist in ad-hoc projects 

Requirements

• Degree holder with over 8 years solid experience gained from listed or sizeable companies and experiences in serving Senior Management at Chairman, CEO, Director or GM level is preferred
• Experience in Manufacturing company is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Willing to travel to Mainland
