Responsibilities: 

• Handle all operations / Finance issues of HK, Macau and Canada operations
• Monitor & Manage the cash flow within Greater China
• Assist on liaison and annual review of Banking facilities for HK entities
• Improve the internal control environment, formulate & execute policies and procedures to ensure the efficiency of the business & financial operations
• Handle internal audit exercises conducted by the headquarter
• Safeguard the custody of company’s assets
• Exercise budgeted control over capital and revenue expenses
• Ensure the timely submission of proper financial and management reports to management and headquarter
• Compile business analysis to address the business needs
• Take care of company secretarial and taxation matters of all subsidiaries in HK, Macau and Canada
• Deal with external stakeholders such as banker, external auditors, tax consultant, company secretary etc.
• Handle ad hoc group projects and assignment
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or above with recognized professional qualifications
• 8 years or above solid experience with achievement in financial management and operations
• Relevant experience in a conglomerate companies / group is an advantage
• Preferably with knowledge in Singapore and PRC business practices
• Sound financial control, report presentation and communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Mature with high level initiative, resourceful and good business sense with proven attitude on job and team work commitments
• Independent with proven planning and good organizational and analytical skills
